We started our business in 2013 with a passion to roast incredible coffee. What's kept us going is the community that's been developed along the way. It's because of these relationships that we do what we do.

- 2013Trent founds RŌST Coffee and runs pop-up pour-over bars all over Columbus through 2014.
- 2014RŌST opens a shop in Easton.
- 2016The first Chillicothe location opens. Trent builds out the café himself.
- 2020Trent founds, develops and builds The Fort Collective, home of RŌST’s 2020 expansion in Chillicothe.
- 2025The Chillicothe shop moves to its new home at 97 E 2nd St, and RŌST opens in Circleville.
